Transactions Summer Internships

Help companies stay ahead of the competition on an EY Transactions Summer Internship. You’ll work alongside our teams and Partners, gaining paid work experience while getting a taste for the world of work.

You’ll also develop an understanding of the business world, get opportunities to meet influential experts and build new skills that will shape the rest of your career.

What is Transactions at EY?

Economies are fuelled by competitive organisations who buy, sell, merge or restructure parts of their business with others. Our job is to help them do all that while making more informed decisions and building better strategies.

What will you be doing?

We have a range of opportunities within our Transactions business area, from Economic Advisory to Restructuring to Business Modelling. Whichever area you choose as a summer intern in Transactions, you’ll get a sense of the scale of our business.

Working alongside experienced consultants will give you access to a wealth of knowledge – so be sure to ask lots of questions – and will also help you develop your analytical and relationship-building skills.

Before long, you’ll be contributing to real client projects and doing similar work to our graduates. Best of all, if you do a great job you could be offered a place on one of our graduate programmes to come back to, when you finish uni.

We close applications as soon as the set number of roles have been filled – so it’s best to apply sooner rather than later!
