e-Commerce & Business Performance Executive Placement

We're currently looking for an e-Commerce & Business Performance Executive to join our thriving Sales Force, for a 1-year placement at Tech Data.

Job Purpose:

To become an expert in Tech Data’s e-commerce platforms and help support continued growth in the development of new features and functionality online.

The Executives role is to work as part of an e-Commerce team to accelerate e-Com usage (internally and externally), ensure the quality of data, quality of product promotions and marketing, utilize Google analytics for business development opportunities, and co-coordinate with Product Marketing, IT and Marcoms to develop the customer experience, and leverage of the suite of tools.

To support the cycle of business performance reviews, preparing data, analysis and presentations to support these reviews, and assisting in identifying improvement areas.

Accountabilities:

• Utilise Google Analytics to identify and implement additional product sales
• Review top products and sellers for quality of data.
• Liaise with Category Managers on Product Data and Category Stores
• ROI reporting
• Become an expert in Tech Data e-Commerce tools and Website
• Guide the appearance and impact of promotions on Tech Data website and provide recommendations to the wider business in customer experience.
• Recognise areas of promotion and create promotional tiles in Photoshop
• Support key customer lifecycle initiatives and projects by providing appropriate calls to action through our CRM platform which impact and improve future performance.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
• Good Attention to detail
• Able to evaluate and make recommendations
• Enjoys interaction and working directly with others
• Able to manage internal customers
• Numerate and Analytical
• Good computer and data management experience
• Ideally with strong excel skills
• Ideally some Photoshop experience but not essential
• Ability to analyse data and translate to learnings
• This individual will need strong interpersonal skills
