Join us, on one of our 12-month Finance Internships, and you’ll gain priceless insight into our operations in key areas, while developing transferrable skills that you can call on throughout your career.
What’s it all about?
This role gives you hands-on experience of life as a Finance professional at Virgin Media, as you help to drive initiatives forward, guided by expert colleagues across our Commercial Finance teams. There will be lots of opportunities for you to solve problems using your logic and initiative, and to develop an understanding of how commercial finance supports and informs future business growth.
After your internship, you’ll have all the knowledge, skills, experience and exposure you need to thrive in your final year at university – and you’ll also have gained a real head start in your career.
How are you going to get there?
We’re looking for individuals rather than specific qualifications, so your degree can be in any discipline (although if you are studying something like finance and accounting, mathematics, statistics or economics, then that’s obviously a bonus). You’ll need to be super-motivated and hard-working with the resilience to meet challenges head on. You’ll also have an inquisitive mind that can’t resist exploring new opportunities and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
