Performance and Improvement Placement

Performance and Improvement (P&I) is led by a single team centrally for the whole Production perimeter of Airbus Space UK. The team are responsible for the implementation of the Operational Excellence System (OES), drive improvements (continuous improvement & R&D) and set production standard with the aim of delivering Spacecraft cheaper, quicker and better quality.
Tasks
- During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;
- Drive and lead Improvement projects
- Change mind-set and culture
- Seek innovative ways to do things
- Report to Production Management
- Working with Senior management, technicians, engineering, designs…….pretty much everyone!

Our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
