2020 - Explore Nomura Programme

Programme overview:

If you are an ambitious, high achieving candidate in your first year of university or second year of a four-year course (graduating in 2022), and would like a unique insight into the exciting career opportunities at a leading global investment bank, then you should apply to our four day Explore Nomura Programme.

Challenge yourself by increasing your exposure to our three divisions: Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate Infrastructure, where you will have the chance to experience some of the most important business functions within an investment bank and understand the fundamental practices and principles of the business. You will gain real-life experience in a fast-paced environment; meet new people and develop a valuable network for career information and direct support.

2020 Explore Nomura Programme

The Explore Nomura Programme is a unique four day classroom based opportunity to gain an early insight into Investment Banking and the skills necessary for success. The Programme features desk shadowing, networking events and case study exercises. Through its focus on Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate Infrastructure, you will have the chance to experience some of the most important business functions within an Investment Bank.

At the end of the Explore Programme you will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to final round interviews for 2021 Summer Internship Programme interviews.
