Spring Insight Program

Our Spring Insight Programs offers students who are graduating in 2022 a week of work experience providing unique exposure to Citi’s culture, business divisions and people.

Through business-specific work-shadowing, social events and development challenges, you’ll get a taste of what a career at Citi looks like. You’ll also be able to start building your network, and find out how passionate, dedicated and entrepreneurial people thrive here.

We use the Spring Insight Program to identify early talent. If you do well, you’ll have the chance to be fast-tracked to an assessment centre to secure a place on our 2020 Summer Analyst Program.

Applications

We open for applications at the beginning of September and the deadline for applications is Friday 3rd January 2020. However, we will be reviewing applications and hosting interviews before the deadline, so we advise that you apply as soon as possible.
