Consulting Services Placement

We are looking for two motivated individuals to join our Solution Consulting and Digital Strategy Group teams as placement interns.

As an Adobe Consulting Services Placement Intern you will be a part of one of our two most prominent customer-facing teams, Solution Consulting or the Digital Strategy Group. Beyond specific opportunities in each role, you will also learn about the Adobe Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with teams across Adobe, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.

Solution Consulting Placement Intern: An Adobe Solution Consultant enables the sales team in closing large scale digital marketing opportunities. Our team helps drive the sales process to a technical win by translating the technology into business value for the customer. Solution Consultants deliver value by identifying and understanding customers’ business requirements, showcasing solutions and use cases to solve customer requirements, mapping Adobe solutions that drive value and resolve customer requirements, and supporting customers in understanding and accelerating value.

As a Solution Consulting Placement Intern you will become an integral part of Solution Consulting function, supporting both internal initiatives and client facing engagements.

For internal initiatives, you will:

  • Assist with and direct regular communication newsletters, blogs and all-hand calls to the 150 EMEA based Solution Consultants
  • Drive ad-hoc and regular reporting of activities, win/loss analysis and insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of Solution Consulting and Sales
  • Work on discrete projects to drive best practice sharing, across the regional teams

For client engagements, you will:

  • Perform research and analysis on client and industry trends
  • Build customer journeys for sales presentations
  • Support the development of presentations for key clients

Digital Strategy Group Placement Intern: The Digital Strategy Group works with leadership teams of Adobe’s most important customers to advise them on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.

As a Digital Strategy Group Placement Intern you will take part in delivering strategic engagements as part of a high performing, cross-functional team to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. During engagements, you will conduct data analysis and market and ethnographic research, apply design thinking, interview customer, develop financial impact models, and apply other techniques to deliver value.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree and in your penultimate year of study.
  • Ability to complete 12 months works placement

What you need to succeed:

  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, through presentations, and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • A flexible, pro-active “can-do” attitude
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with Adobe products (Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, Document Cloud)
  • Experience with SalesForce for reporting and dashboard development
  • Experience creating digital/brand/media strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
  • Knowledge of one of the following industry groups: Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Media & Entertainment, Retail & CPG, Telecommunications, Travel & Hospitality
