What will I be doing?
Hilton’s Front Office teams are responsible for every guest’s first impression when walking through the doors of our hotels. Therefore as a Front Office Intern, you will be able to develop excellent customer service skills through regular guest interaction. As an Intern you will be the face of our hotel and ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests. Some of the tasks involve: The check in/check out of guests, dealing with guest inquiries, informing guests about hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel facilities as well as maximising room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
What are we looking for?
All of our Hotel internships are open to students currently enrolled to university and looking to complete a 12 months placement as part of an undergraduate degree. We are a people’s business and we are looking for highly motivated individuals looking to join the hustle and bustle of our exciting hotels. No two days are the same and we guarantee that you get to work with a team that will make you feel welcome and support you on your journey as an Intern. We are looking for individuals that understand that we are a 24/7 business which also includes shift work. Furthermore, we are looking to recruit students that are interested in a long-term career with us and therefore motivation, ambition, resilience and a keen interest in hospitality is an absolute must.

Hotel locations and Internship opportunities across the UK& Ireland, we are offering excellent Internships in many different locations and departments. Below is an overview of the Hotel internships that we are offering, all for the duration of 12 months, starting in July 2019, and suitable to students currently enrolled to an undergraduate University degree.
Application Process
When you submit your application, we will ask you to answer a number of questions based on your eligibility to work in the UK and your current situation. Furthermore, you will be asked to specify your preference with regards to your internship and the region, hotel and department. Once you have submitted your preferences, we will review your application after March 31st and put your submission forward to the respective hotels that you have selected. Once you have successfully passed the hiring manager review, the hotel will then reach out to you, to schedule an interview.
