Human Resources Placement

A placement student within Renault UK is treated as part of the team from day one, given a real job with real responsibilities. Our work placement program offers 12 months of insightful and structured work experience, with the aim of developing students capabilities to the fullest through project work, regular feedback and the opportunity to contribute your ideas.

You will be responsible for providing support to our HR Business Partners across Learning and Development as well as Talent. These functions allow us to attract and retain the best possible talent, developing their capabilities, enabling us to ‘Move Our World Forward’. You will have a big impact in this team, given the autonomy to manage key projects which will allow you to start a successful career in the world of HR.
