Retail Management Placement Scheme

The Retail Management Placement (RMP) scheme is a 12 month programme, which will train you to become an Assistant Manager. The programme will begin by teaching you shop floor basics, progressing quickly to learning how to be successful people managers. After completing the programme, you will have the opportunity to continue working in stores alongside your studies. After graduating, you can then apply for a permanent Supervisor role.

We have 11 stores in London and Oxford. You will be based in one of these stores for the duration of the programme.
