Customer Support Summer Internship
First impressions can make or break a client's perception of an organisation. This is why our Bloomberg Customer Support Representative role is about more than just managing inbound phone calls - it's about creating a journey for our clients and connecting them to people who keep their businesses alive.
You are on the front-line working as part of an international team, supporting our clients collectively in more than 18 languages. You will make your mark in a Global Customer Support Department that provides 24/7 superior telephone support to clients.
This is an exciting internship position for candidates seeking a challenging, customer-focused work experience opportunity. Previous customer service experience is preferred but we will make sure that you are ready to provide exceptional customer service through our crash course training program. You will also receive an introduction to Bloomberg products, services, and clients and an insight into global financial markets.
We'll trust you to:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients on inbound phone calls
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
- Outbound calling will be necessary
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using proprietary company software.
Software Engineer Summer Internship
Bloomberg's global community of engineers take on some of the world’s most interesting and important technical challenges. We develop impactful solutions to complex, real-world problems. Engineering interns take ownership of their projects under the mentorship of full-time software engineers. We are looking for interns who are passionate about technology and eager to learn in our high energy, fast-paced environment.
As an intern, you’ll learn more about the Bloomberg Terminal and gain a deeper understanding of technology and finance. In addition to your projects, you’ll participate in coding challenges, attend tech talks and network with other interns.
