Marketing Placement - UK/I

Role and Responsibilities:

Working as a member of the UK&I Software marketing team, supporting all field marketing activities including events, digital, and data management. As the year progresses you will have your own projects and budget management responsibilities.

You will be exposed to the full cycle of marketing to sales, including pipeline reviews and attending sales meetings, interacting wit the field and telephone based teams, as well as partnering with the EMEA overlay team and the telemarketing function.

Support marketing activities for the UK&I Software marketing team that include:

• Event logistics: Physical and virtual – helping to organize and execute events
• Social Media – sending content to UKI Twitter handle owners as well as uploading to Everyone Social

Create internal communications

• Inputs for internal Northern Europe software newsletters
• Create and deliver ad-hoc campaign communications

Administrative responsibilities:

• Minutes and actions for team meetings
• Lead uploads – following our systems and processes
• Reporting campaign response
• Requesting Purchase Orders and assisting with Budget spend/analysis
• Updating and maintaining Northern Europe marketing SharePoint and EMEA web sites with details on campaigns

Misc. responsibilities

• Giveaways and event assets (stands, banners): stock taking, delivery and budget management
• Local printing requirements

• Pipeline reviews

Education and Experience Required:

Enrolled in University preferably studying a Marketing Degree or a Business Degree with a Marketing Module.

Location/Travel:

You will be required to learn about the software portfolio.

Position Location Bracknell & Newbury site with occasional travel to London as required.
