As well as a fun filled placement year, you will also get exposure to our industry leading training programme, The Randstad Institute of Service Excellence (RISE). This is our 12-month entry level sales programme for those wanting to have the very best customer service skills in the recruitment industry. You will be fully covered from day one with a mixture of different teaching styles tailored to your needs. This programme allows you to learn the skills you need to be the very best delivery consultant you can be.
