Are you studying Business, HR, IT or even Engineering? Would you like to learn how people make a business successful? We are looking for someone with fresh, exciting and new ideas to join our team for 1 year from September 2018.

Day to day you will make a difference by…

  • Organising and supporting training & recruitment events.
  • Support with recruitment activities, arranging and conducting interviews and assessment centres
  • Social media – support our social media strategy by design engaging content based on current trends.
  • Assisting HR colleagues in coordinating projects & introducing new communication methods
  • Managing, maintaining and improving vital HR systems.
  • Attracting the best talent – using a variety of resourcing methods and tools.

The person we are looking for is….

  • This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work within an innovative, forward thinking HR team, and we need someone enthusiastic, driven and motivated.
  • You might have a degree in one of these areas; HR, Business, marketing / communication, or engineering.
  • You will be interested in learning how people management contributes to continued business success.
  • Someone with good business understanding and awareness with an interest in current industry trends & news.
  • Confident to suggest improvements and engaged with opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Flexible and willing to travel within the UK & Ireland occasionally.
  • Organisation is key in this busy role, as is the ability to multitask whilst seeing tasks through to completion.
  • We are always seeking to improve and you will be confident to actively seek feedback, appreciate and uses constructive criticism.
