Marketing and Communications Placement

Hexagon PPM EMIA (Europe, the Middle-East, India and Africa) is based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands and are looking for an intern to join the team. As an intern you would be responsible for supporting and taking on projects for all marketing and communications activities in the region.
 
This internship offers you the opportunity to work in a small open team of young, professional and enthusiastic marketing and sales experts. You will also work closely with the other European Hexagon PPM offices. The main focus of this internship will be to support the Hexagon PPM EMIA Marketing team with a variety of marketing activities. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing campaigns, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and internal meetings/events
• Use our digital marketing tool Eloqua to support, create and send emails
• Assist and create visual communications using the Adobe Suite
• Use and update Hexagon’s CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• Administer monthly/weekly web updates using Web management tools (Sitecore/WordPress)
• Support in coordinating case studies, customer references and other communication activities
• Keep track of Marketing KPI results
• Undertake internal and external market research projects

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills

• Good knowledge of the English language, oral and written is a must (proficient/native German, and/or Russian and/or French would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills and being a team player are a must
• Ability to work under pressure in a flexible multi-discipline and international environment
• Prior internship or working experiences in a foreign country are preferred
• Ability to work with design tools and email marketing tools is a plus

Starting period

This internship will commence July 16th, 2018. This internship will last one year until July 31st, 2019.
 


Additional information

This internship is only available for those who are currently students and where an internship is part of the educational program. We can only accept candidates for this internship from the European Union or candidates outside the European Union in possession of a Dutch work and residence permit.
 
You will receive a monthly compensation of €650 per month (before TAX).
