Recruitment Consultant Placement

At Hays we offer a hands-on and exciting internship as a recruiting expert, supporting our recruitment teams in powering the world of work and transforming lives and businesses. You’ll be responsible for helping to source candidates for live job vacancies, attracting and assessing applicants for future roles and helping to win business by making sales calls and attending sales meetings with experienced consultants. It’s hard work and fast-paced but incredibly rewarding.

You’ll enjoy a hands-on business experience and develop real business skills
