Administrator Placement - Peterborough
A fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a global business servicing our prestigious clients in recruiting their temporary workforce.

At Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) we work in strategic partnership with our clients, often as part of their onsite teams, to provide a recruitment and temporary workforce management solution.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team with key responsibilities including:
- Preparation of candidate and new starter paperwork
- Telephone interviewing candidates
- Payroll administration
- Taking references
- Arranging and assisting with the selection process
- Assisting in the management of the temporary workforce
- Assisting with resource planning using the planning module
- Assisting in the preparation of management information reporting where necessary
This role will provide an insight into HR and recruitment processes. You will also gain exposure to the commercial aspects associated with the running of a successful international recruitment business.
Additional Information
- Full training will be provided on Employment Relations and Recruitment and Selection.
- Salary £18,000 plus corporate benefits package.
