HR Industrial Placement
Our Industrial Placement Scheme is designed to provide you with invaluable industry experience, professional skills and an opportunity to secure a future graduate role within the group. We believe in giving you immediate responsibility as well as outstanding support and a bespoke training plan designed with our Industrial Placement students in mind.
The Human Resources function consists of a specialist central support department and line HR departments. Without the HR teams, day-to-day activity within the Group would be made extremely difficult.
HR provides help and support for the Group on a range of different matters; training and development, international mobility, conditions and terms of employees rights, carrying out the group’s policies and procedures, pay and trainee recruitment.
During your twelve months you will be involved with the daily activities within the department as well as having your own projects to manage and organise.
The strategic activities of PSA are based at our modern head office in Coventry, whilst a regionally based field force manages the operational activities.

Who we look for
We look for candidates who take pride in everything they do, are dynamic and motivated to do their best and can work well in a team!
- Full EU Driving Licence is essential
- Working towards or obtained a 2:1 degree in any discipline
- 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
