What you’ll do

Over 10 weeks on a paid internship, you’ll gain insights into our business, explore new interests, and develop your strengths too. Whether you join our relationship management, products or risk teams, you’ll learn how to build lasting relationships with clients who are UK-based, or who invest here – including 80% of the FTSE 100 companies. And you’ll get involved in our important initiatives that give back to communities across the UK.

Your development

The size of our organisation means there are a lot of opportunities for you to develop and grow. From day one, we’ll support your development and help you prepare for the future world of work. You’ll learn how to network across a huge organisation and use technology to collaborate with geographically-spread teams. Entry requirements
