Marketing and Communications Placement
A placement here will immerse you in a busy, high-achieving marketing function for an internationally recognised brand. You’ll be a core part of our marketing department to deliver national, local and digital campaigns across numerous channels whilst tracking the performance and achievement of KPIs. You’ll drive customer engagement, sales leads and loyalty for our brands, whilst working on some of the most innovative communications projects across the automotive industry.
What's in it for you?
As an Undergraduate on one of our placements, you’ll receive a £17,500 salary, as well as a new car every four months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence). What do you need?
To be successful in this team you’ll have ambition, a creative vision and a desire to learn. These placements suit Marketing students or general Business Studies students with an aptitude for communication.
Our placement is open to any student at a UK university who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for 12 months from June 2018. You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement. We have a duty of care to our people and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require Undergraduates to be based within a 20 mile radius of our Milton Keynes head office.
What’s the assessment process?
If you pass our initial CV screening stage, you’ll be invited to a telephone interview where you’ll be asked a number of questions to assess your suitability for the placement. If you’re identified as a stand-out candidate, we’ll invite you to one of our assessment centres, where you’ll meet some of our Managers and other Undergraduates. This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is right for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
