About Holborn Assets

Holborn Assets is a fast growing global financial advisory group based in Dubai. Independently owned, it offers impartial and highly specialized services in personal and corporate wealth management. With an unrivalled network of relationships with the best providers throughout the financial industry and long experience serving the highly sophisticated expatriate community, Holborn Assets can provide tailored advice in a full range of areas, including pensions, insurance, financial planning, mortgages, investments, wills, estate planning and business management.

Multi-Disciplined, International Internships

Holborn Assets is a global financial business with offices across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Family owned and operated for over 20 years, Holborn Assets is looking to recruit six driven and ambitious students or graduates to join the business in Dubai, UAE, and Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Six successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with Holborn Assets’ HR team to customise their internship to include working within finance, web development, sales, marketing (including social media), operations and management areas of the business. Across all functions, you will work hands-on with managers and directors to learn how real, international business works. You can expect a competitive salary for your work in addition to the company covering travel and accommodation costs so you focus on building the foundations for an incredible career.

Internships run for flexible time periods so you can decide whether you join Holborn for six months, 12 months or a period in between. Depending on your areas of focus, you may even have the opportunity to work in both Dubai and Colombo during your placement. Furthermore, those who really make their mark are likely to be offered full-time employment within the company to continue their successes indefinitely.

However you choose to build your skills, contributing towards the business’ charity initiative is essential as all new employees will be required to join Holborn Assets in helping one of the organisation’s current charitable endeavours either during or immediately after completing an internship.

From social partnerships in East Africa to supporting refugee communities in the Middle East, you must have a passion for helping others. However, Holborn Assets is supportive of innovation and great ideas, so interns will be encouraged to pitch in their own suggestions for fundraising. In the spirit of this, last year’s interns are currently embarking on a wild-driving adventure, the Mongol Rally, after successfully raising funds with Holborn to support environmental charity Cool Earth.

If you are one of the brightest, forward-thinking future leaders out there, we want to hear from you! Whatever your degree background, if you have a clear vision of what career path you want to take, the determination to drive this through and aren’t afraid to get stuck into charity work, we urge you to contact us about joining the Holborn family.

To find out more about the role and the full entry requirements, visit the Holborn Assets website. Come October, you could be joining us in Dubai - good luck!

The Holborn Assets team.
