Commercial Banking - Female Insight Programme

Our Commercial Banking Insight Week will run 11th - 15th September 2017.

Applications are open to first year students or students in their second year of their degree only. If successful in the assessment at the end of the insight week, you could be offered a place on our Summer Internship in 2018.

This division is home to an array of talent, from Business Specialists to Relationship Managers. Our Commercial banking experts put the customers’ needs at the heart of everything that they do. Their job is to match the perfect products and services with our clients and customers to ensure their long-term prosperity.

Our Female Insight weeks offer a glimpse into the careers of some of our top female talent and business leaders. You’ll have the chance to learn from their experience, ask your own questions, and get a real insight into their determination, and steps they’ve taken to succeed in their careers.

As you learn about our different business areas, you’ll have the chance to see live project work and operations in action, and sit at key meetings to understand what our leaders do. You’ll also have the chance to network with our female graduates, finding out about their experiences here so far, and helping you decide which area of banking is for you. We know that deciding which career to choose can be tricky, so we’ll help to shape your ideas through personal development and employability training.
