Our Spring Insight Programme provides the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. During the program you will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and gain the the skills you need to get you through the assessment process at Citi. Throughout your time at Citi you will have the opportunity to meet and network with teams across different business areas. It's an ideal introduction to our sector and our business.

Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. During our Spring Insight Programme you will be given the opportunity to work shadow your preferred business area: Technology, Operations and Compliance to give you a taste of what life and a career at Citi is really like.

When submitting an application you will be asked to select your preferred business area (Technology or Operations). As well as participating in work shadowing you will also have the opportunity to meet other areas through networking sessions.

Following the programme, any participants that have demonstrated the qualities we look for at Citi will be offered the opportunity to attend an assessment centre for a 11 Month Placement in 2018.

• Interviews

We want to hear from you if...

• You are in your 1st year of a three-year undergraduate course or 2nd year of a four-year undergraduate course
• For Technology we would encourage students from the STEM disciplines to apply (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)
• For Operations we would encourage students from Accountancy, Business, Economics, Management, Languages, Law and Finance to apply
• You have a minimum of 320 UCAS points or equivalent
