Outsourcing (Business Operations) Placement
An excellent opportunity for a Business Operations Management placement in the Mundipharma Outsourcing team.
The team is responsible for working with colleagues in the UK and Germany to select vendors, put in place contract management and process invoices.
In this placement you will…
Support the team in attracting, sourcing and selecting suitable vendors, this will include: -
- Vendor selection, contract negotiation and performance management
- Building and maintaining high-value relationships with vendors to maximize the benefits to both the business, internal clients and vendors
- Working within internal and external networks to maximize the flow of information and build local and global industry awareness
- Checking invoices for payment and reconciliation in accordance with contracts
- Ensuring the department is kept up-to-date with latest industry and vendor news

You’ll need to be…
- Studying toward a Business related degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible in your approach to work and able to prioritise work effectively
- An excellent communicator with the ability to develop strong relationships
- Able to take ownership and work to tight deadlines, with good time management skills
- Passionate about working within a pharmaceutical
