Recruitment Consultant Placement

The role of a recruitment intern is no different to that of a trainee recruitment expert at Hays.

We invest as much into your career development as we would permanent team members to ensure you can be the best you can be.

Day to day you will find yourself supporting senior experts in the business through candidate attraction strategies, shortlisting, interviewing and ultimately matching the right candidate to the right job.

Demonstrate success in placing candidates with our business partners and we will support your promotion into a business facing role which will find you working with 70% of the FTSE 100.

Training

The training programme at Hays is first class. We offer three different types of learning experiences from day one, right through to the end of your 12 month internship. We offer top performing interns the opportunity to return into our business on a fast track programme after graduation.
