This is what we need you to do...

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers in the transition process related to the integration of the UK sites including amalgamation of order books, integration of organisations/job roles/centralisation of tasks
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of reporting methods to capture information required to support the department "standard" SLA and customer specific SLAs where they are different from the standard.
  • Review working practices, SLA & process reporting and process maps, conducting root cause analysis, report findings and recommendations in clear, well written reports
  • Support Account Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Managers
