Join us on our 10-week paid internship and you’ll experience the world of digital innovation within the financial services sector. You’ll gain first-hand experience of project or business support activities in a range of areas depending on your interests, including e-commerce and digital customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to discover more about us, more about yourself, and also about the areas you’d like to work in, once you graduate. Our internships are all designed to inspire you to develop as a person and a professional, so we’ll support your development through masterclasses, training and mentoring from experienced business leaders.

We’re interested in your unique skills and passions: any degree, any university, and all your interests. Whether a keen traveller, gym-junkie, film-buff or party planner – whatever shapes you, will shape us and our future organisation. You will however need to be in your penultimate year of study, and on track to receive a 2:2 degree or above. And, if you impress us, you could be offered a place on our Graduate Leadership Programme.
