Business Management and Customer Operations Internship

Do you have a mind for analysing processes? A passion for sharing knowledge? And do you like managing projects or people? If so, consider applying for a Lloyds Banking Group Business Management & Customer Operations Internship.

Lloyds Banking Group has over 30 million customers and a presence in almost all UK households. This means every 60 seconds at Lloyds Banking Group 400 bills are paid, 350 transfers are made and £4.6million in digital commercial transactions take place. By joining our Business Management & Customer Operations team you'll help make all that possible.

On our 10-week paid internship, you’ll gain in-depth insight into our business, and develop new skills. You’ll be involved in providing the services that are crucial to the whole organization, whether that’s improving the efficiency of processes, managing a team of people or implementing large scale projects.

We’ll embrace your passions, strengths and interests – and help you discover new ones – in a learning culture that includes mentoring from experienced business leaders, networking and masterclasses. This is an exciting opportunity for you to discover more about what matters to you in your career, and which areas you’d like to work in once you graduate.

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study, and on track to receive a 2:2 degree or above from any university, in any subject.
