What you can expect

Our HR Interns have the opportunity to get involved in one of our many areas of HR. We want you to find out where we could take you, and you’ll get a real understanding of the work we do in your specific placement area.

During your 10 weeks with us, you’ll support a live project or work stack. You’ll discover your future career by getting involved in a variety of roles, from recruiting future talent and designing learning programmes, to recommending pay structures, and analysing market data. Or you could even find yourself partnering with our front line businesses in strategic HR projects focused on all manner of people related projects.

Whatever you do, you’ll develop skills and experience which will set you on a path to become a trusted, commercially savvy and successful HR professional.
