Technology Industrial Placement

Technology Industrial Placement Interns are recruited for 4, 6 or 12 months in London and for 12 months in Glasgow, starting in June. Based on their skills, students are placed into specific development or infrastructure teams. These programs are designed to offer a real-world, project-based experience that will demonstrate first-hand what it is like to be a technologist for a top financial firm. Industrial Placement Interns who excel in the Program may receive an offer to join the Full-time Technology Training Program.

Industrial Placement Interns will participate in an induction process that provides an overview of the Firm and the Technology division. In addition to working on a live project, highlights include senior management networking events, team-building opportunities and a technical speaker series.

Do you have a passion for technology, an interest in data analysis, and experience with programming, maths or other related fields? We’re looking for people with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to become the next valuable member of our team.

Candidates must be on track for a minimum 2.1 honours degree (United Kingdom) or equivalent and be familiar with the foundations of at least one programming language: e.g., Java, C++ or C#.
