Vacation/Summer Insight

We run summer vacation schemes each year in our London office to enable prospective trainees to spend time with us, getting a feel for the work we do and the unique RPC atmosphere. Twelve students at a time spend two weeks with us experiencing the real working life of RPC, giving you a fantastic insight into whether a career here is right for you.

During the scheme we expose you to the business side of being a lawyer, including finding out about the importance of marketing and business development and involving you in a 'real-time' business project.

We also run an Open Day programme for high quality candidates who don't initially manage to land a place on the summer scheme itself. The Open Day gives a great snapshot of the firm. The day is packed full of activities, including handling work in two different departments, listening to presentations, taking part in skills workshops and attending networking events.
