Analyst Placement

We have a wide range of 12 month internships within Analysis covering everything from strategy, insight, data mining, operational improvement and resource planning. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to bring together commercial, analytical, and financial skills. You’ll support the delivery of budget targets and major programmes and you’ll help drive our focus on productivity and efficiency.  In no time, you’ll be an expert on interrogating data and delivering a clear interpretation of it to senior managers through report writing and presentations.

We’ll give you access to large and complex datasets, and grow your understanding of the financial and operational impact of data analysis as you learn to use a range of software and tools.  You’ll play a key role delivering improvements that make things better for the business and for our customers. You’ll learn all about how we ensure operational excellence by using forecasting and planning models to review things like call volumes, staffing levels, agent performance to name but a few! At the end of the year you’ll be able to look back with pride at the changes you’ve personally driven through your understanding of cost drivers, opportunities to drive revenue growth, best practice and strategy.  

You’ll need an interest in data analysis, statistics, software systems and finance and you’ll need to be studying a degree that includes mathematics, statistics, economics, process improvement / quality management as we’re looking for someone with excellent analytical skills.
