Human Resources - Talent Placement

What is the mission of this role?

To support the graduate sourcing and selection activities across all 4 CBUs to ensure we attract the right graduates and undergraduates for our graduate programme and placement roles.

What will you be doing?

  • Implementing Danone’s graduate employer branding activities : careers fairs, events at target universities, campus brand managers activities, advertising and poster campaigns
  • Screening and shortlisting online graduate and placement applications (1844 applications on share to placement roles)
  • Managing our graduate assessment centres : coordinating the assessors, timetables, logistics and exercises
  • Managing Danone’s social media and recruitment campaigns (Danone.co.uk, facebook and Linked In)
  • Managing relationships with job boards (e.g. Milkround) and target universities to ensure correct job postings and communication with applicants
  • Animating our internal recommendation scheme
  • Assisting with sourcing and selection administration : administering testing and other selection exercises used, raising POs and updating KPI reports + coordination of placement recruitment

Human Resources – Internal Comms Placement

What is the mission of this role?

The HR & Internal Communications intern is responsible for all internal engagement activities within the Dairies and Waters businesses. Supporting the Organisational Development Manager, and the wider HR team, the HR & Internal Communications intern will aid the development of a great working atmosphere with highly motivated employees.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the company social calendar; organizing all staff parties and company conferences
  • Run monthly business briefings, as well as any ad hoc business forums needed
  • Manage internal communications to the business; updating the company intranet, coordinating all people move announcements, sending out bi-monthly newsletters, and any adhoc all staff mails
  • Support the wider HR team; aiding with the new starter induction process, coordinating the company recognition schemes and processing payments for HR activities

What will be the main challenges?

  • Managing multiple priorities at once, ensuring high standard delivery across the board
  • Multiple stakeholder relationships to manage effectively
  • Finding appropriate channels to engage employees around key activities
