About The Role

Category Management Placement - 3 roles available

  • 1. Support the Senior Category Manager with ad-hoc analysis and presentations to drive the category relationship with retailers
  • 2. Support the Senior Category Manager to provide pre and post range review analysis
  • 3. Lead and progress internal and external projects where applicable with the support of the Senior Category Manager
  • 4. Lead and evolve weekly / monthly reporting on the retailers’ account to provide clarity on category performance drivers
  • 5. Work with the Formats Account Manager to develop our relationship with retailers Online

Grocery Sales Placement - 2 roles available

  • 1. Supporting the whole grocery team with internal reporting requirements, promotional analysis and in-store understanding.
  • 2. Complete grocery team trackers (including distribution levels, promotions, feature) and provide proactive analysis and insight
  • 3. Assist the team to complete promotional analysis (both from financial, brand and category perspective) on our significant level of commercial spend and provide insight and recommendations for future promotional activities
  • 4. Use of Blue Planner software (forecasting and promotions management tool) to assist with the above
  • 5. Support the grocery team with sales admin tasks including Sample Orders, Purchase Orders & invoice chasing
  • 6. Collate shopper marketing and Point of Sales requirements on behalf of the team
  • 7. Conduct store visits to grocery stores (all formats) to monitor promotional compliance, range, shelf layout and competitor activity
  • 8. Liaise with third party field team to update on expected promo activity by account and prioritized in-store actions.

Requirements

  • 1. On track to achieving a 2.1 degree in any discipline
  • 2. A team player
  • 3. The ability to build relationships at all levels and be able to “flex their style” within the workplace
  • 4. The ability to manage a number of different tasks and deliver results on time
  • 5. Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • 6. Organised, disciplined and a high attention to detail
