Empower diversity. Make an influential difference. Build an extraordinary network.

We live in a diverse world, so building a diverse and inclusive firm, where everyone feels they belong and can achieve their potential, matters profoundly to us. This is why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of the work we do and given an equal opportunity to work with us. We’re committed to building a culture of belonging and as such we are focused on doubling the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% female and 20% BME by July 2025 – plus, we commit 15% of our BAME target to be Black Partners.

We promise to be a voice and force for change, both within our organisation and beyond. Let’s focus on the future of work, together.

What will you be doing?

At this virtual insight day, you’ll take part in workshops, panel events and discussions. As well as learning about other people’s stories and careers, you’ll pick up great advice to help you sculpt your own, as you begin your career in business.

There’ll also be Q&As with our people, information on our D&I strategy from our EY Black Network, assessment centre workshops and the opportunity for networking.

Entry requirements

This event is aimed at raising awareness with students from black heritage and you will need to be in your first year of a three-year course, or your second year of a four-year course, at university. We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in any subject – have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/ Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

Project You. It’s yours to build.
