We are looking for 12-month placement Interns in our Marketing and Commercial departments. Whether you are working on new products from concept to launch in Marketing, on the national account of a top 4 supermarket in our commercial retail team or in our overall commercial strategy team, you will play a key role and develop the skills needed for a great career.
You’ll be looking for a 12-month placement to support your studies and be on course for a minimum 2:1 degree in a business related subject. In the retail role, you will also need a driving licence to visit sites around the country. We are looking for well-rounded candidates with evidence of hobbies, jobs and activities outside education. Able to confidently communicate with people at all levels, you must be able to demonstrate excellence in four key areas to ensure you are successful:
- Decision making skills. You must have the confidence and conviction to make independent decisions and explain them to colleagues.
- Analytical skills to work with and interpret spreadsheets of data and solve complex issues.
- Teamwork. You enjoy direct, honest discussions and winning as part of a team.
- The capacity to embrace change – both change around you and change you create.
