I did enjoy the job and the role I had and felt that it has helped me develop my skills I was unsure whether HR was what I wanted to go into when I was older and since having my placement in this area I have now realise it isnt as I have a greater inter
There was a lot of responsibility and variety
Had many challenges each day and really developed my skills
It was tedious at times but got a lot better as the year progressed I had a good group of mates so I enjoyed going to work Towards the end of the year I got a lot more responsibility and ended up running a couple of small projects from start to finish
I enjoyed undertaking projects where I was responsible for managing my own time and conducting research but other regular tasks became mundane
A great team to work with and loads of opportunities for development
The entire team made me feel welcome and everyone got on very well which made the job enjoyable
Really good atmosphere and an interesting market to work in
After about 6 months I got bored with what I was doing as I was comfortable with it and didnt find it challenging enough I did however quite enjoy the organisation as a whole and the people that I worked with
