  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Approx. 10 EY staff attend the Leadership academy, all who were approachable and helpful. Teams are assigned a facilitator (EY service line staff) for the academy, who students can build a good rapport with. Experts in the latest thinking in leadership development gave fantastic insight into your own leadership style.
