  • Enjoyable year, really supportive atmosphere and great place to work

  • Felt very included from the beginning, and valued my contributions and ideas

  • Very impressive support. Weekly catch ups with manager to discuss development and goals.

  • Consistently busy, a few quiet spells but on the hole, pretty good

  • Major positive about the internship. Given plenty of responsibility and doing work that was impacting the business.

  • Focus on 7 core skills that will be really useful going forward. Also developed in technical skills such as excel, powerpoint, and financial management

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Great collaborative atmosphere in the office, everyone very friendly and happy to help out with any issues

  • Only real disappointment. Second rotation was decided very late and had to chase up a lot of things myself

  • A lot of focus on personal development. Managers happy to give up their time to invest in you.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Fairly large intake of placement students so good social scene. Average amongst colleagues.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • In Leatherhead office for first 6 months which is out in Surrey so cheaper, second placement in Kingston, again not as bad as central London

  • Fairly poor for the reason above. Only one office located in cental London

  • Good opportunities to take part in social and charity events with variety of teams
