There was a lot of support given by the HR team and also through people we got the chance to meet during the nertworking sessions.
It is a unique opportunities for students.
The Company
It was well strcutured and it allowed us to have a better undrstanding of the industry and of Morgan Stanley.
There was a lot of competition within the spring week interns.
They gave me the opportunity to learn from top proffesionals.
It was a great help to make up my mind as we had the opportunity to do work shadowing.
I experienced Morgan Stanley's team based environment.
The Spring Week helped me decide the division I want to join for the summer internship and to reasure myself that banking is the right industry for me.
Everything Else
There were a lot of networking opportunities.
These opportunities allowed us to really know how the day a day job is and we experienced how everyone is very approchable in MS.
Yes, the people that worked together as a team were really good friends aswell.
It is a unique opportunity I recommend to anyone interested in finance. I was able to learn so much in just a week.
