The Role
The company was good to work for but I felt I was placed in the wrong department.
Throughout the year up was able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
Due to the nature of the team, little support and guidance was given from management, it was given by fellow employees.
There was constant work to be done. Over different periods the work would either increase or decrease but I was never bored or too busy.
I was given a high level of responsibility during the second half of the year once I had settled into the role.
Although the role was not directly related to my degree, some of the skills I learnt and developed will be transferable to studies and future employment.
The Company
The team I was in was unsettled and management was rarely around.
Very well organised considering it was the first year running.
I was given extensive system training at the beginning if placement.
