  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The company was good to work for but I felt I was placed in the wrong department.

    • Throughout the year up was able to build strong relationships with colleagues.

    • Due to the nature of the team, little support and guidance was given from management, it was given by fellow employees.

    • There was constant work to be done. Over different periods the work would either increase or decrease but I was never bored or too busy.

    • I was given a high level of responsibility during the second half of the year once I had settled into the role.

    • Although the role was not directly related to my degree, some of the skills I learnt and developed will be transferable to studies and future employment.

    • The team I was in was unsettled and management was rarely around.
