The Role
I was treated the exact same as a graudate, with the same responsibilities. With wide ranging client experiences as well as professional qualification training
As a first year you make form part of the team which is fundamental to the audit evidence gathering stage.
Strong ethos of management support with a buddy system and people manager system in place for continual support.
very rarely was I not busy but this is to be expected and not as bad as people make out. With work offering employee perks such as meals on expense after certain hours in the evening.
from the start I was given a lot of responsibility with on the client help by managers in areas found challenging or new.
the professional qualification and the skills have helped massively already since being back at university, Both with work ethic as well as the content that I encounter. As well as professional training received stands me in good steed for the long term.
The Company
A very good balance between work socials and charity events down to a quick catch up with a colleague from a previous client over a coffee.
Not a single blip or confusion at all.
I was professional trained studying 8 of the professional exams as well as many training courses and on sight supervision and training when ever needed.
Subsidised Canteen
