The Engineering Sales Intern is a 12 month internship based at the Skelmersdale site looking to start in summer 2014. The Intern will provide response to internal and customer requests for clarification on products, applications and specifications. This is a great opportunity to get hands on industry experience with a leading company and product line.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assistance to the Sales team at customer locations including meetings, site surveys, product demonstrations and proposal clarifications.
  • Generation of detailed quotations.
  • Day to day technical and commercial support to the Sales team.
  • Scheduling, verifying and despatching demonstration products
  • General sales administration.
Knowledge & Requirements
  • Technical Degree (ideal, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Knowledge of heavy industry sector- ideal
  • Microsoft Office
  • Project related to the industry- ideal
  • Languages- ideal.
