The Role
The amount of responsibility given in this role is second to none. You really feel like a true member of the team.
Its always apparent that everyone in the team has a real interest in you and your life outside of work.
In busy times it is hard to get enough guidance but it's always easy to get their attention and they really appreciate you asking for help rather than shooting in the dark.
SO busy on a day to day basis. There is a lot to get done in this role and dealing with a lot of countries everyday is very time consuming.
A huge amount of responsibility is given in this role and you truly feel you have alot of duties to fulfill on a dad to day basis.
Skills for life is a great way to put the learning curve this job offers. With such a mixture of personalities presented to you, the people skills learnt are completely invaluable.
The Company
There is a mixed atmosphere all the time depending on the work load.
Perfect.
I feel the company have invested alot of time, money and effort in my own personal development which is great.
Company Parties/Events
I would like to come back here but maybe within a different division. You have to apply once you've graduated as no graduate schemes are offered in this role.
The Culture
OK.
