  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was definitely a very eye opening experience into the banking industry and

  • I got on with everyone I met on this insight, hard to say if I was valued or not since it was an insight week rather than paid internship.

  • Whilst shadowing the people I shadowed to plenty of time out of their days to talk to us and answered any questions we had.

  • Definitely a good balance between work and time off.

  • This was an insight rather than an internship to no responsibility was given.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • They will not really help much in my degree (Natural Science) but will help me in further banking career/internships

  • Very good experience of the work place/thoroughly enjoyed it.

  • Very well for me, each day was set up and timetabled well

  • They put me up for the week, provided food and drink. Spent two days training and two days of shadowing to see the work place and talk to professionals.

  • Am seriously considering working with them after graduation.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Everyone was pleasant and got to chat with other people my own age from different universities was good.

  • Hard to say since I was only in for a week.
