  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Had some late evenings and weekends at work. However, it might be due to my enthusiam and setting myself unrealistic deadlines. 3M has a flexi time system which gives you a chance to plan your own working hours.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • The level of responsibility was groving gradually with peaks in the second half of my placement. I think it is amazing system because it first gives you a chance to learn by participating and then by organising everything yourself.
