    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • This is a really great company to work for. The people are great and so supportive. You have to work hard but the projects are great and you learn so much.

  • My line manager has been so supportive. She has really helped me work on my weak areas and spent time giving me tips on how to improve.

  • My day is extremely busy. Its fun and the day passes quickly but there is always plenty of work to do!

  • i was given lots of responsibility and had my own projects which I led.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I feel that I have learn skills for life such as well as putting theory into practice which will hopefully be helpful in my fourth year!

  • There is a great atmosphere in the office. Everyone is so passionate about what they do.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • One of my weaknesses is that I am not always assertive enough but my manager arranged for me to go on a course to bring out my confidence!

  • I have my Graduate assessment center in a few weeks and I'm really hoping I'll get asked back!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Costs can be quite high as we often went to London which is expensive.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Nightlife in Maidenhead isn't fantastic but Reading, Windsor and of course London are near by and have more going on.
