The Role
I was allowed to do both lab work and off-site work, which interests me.
They are sponsoring me and they know me reasonably well now, as they've known my since 2011.
I was well supported in all of my tasks, all of my questions were answered and I was given training in equipment where possible.
I had enough tasks to keep my interested and active, whilst not being too busy and being able to finish my work on time.
I was allowed to complete projects without supervision and negotiate with workshops and international partners.
The group I was working in had little work relevent to my course.
The Company
Open plan and chatty.
Mostly well organised, however some of the accesses that my manager asked for on my behalf were not resolved whilst I was working.
I was always trained when the people and resources were available.

Depends maily on how much mechanical engineering work they can give me.
The Culture
There's a new starters group which everyone's invited too, it's a good way to meet other students.
Salisbury is fairly expensive.
Salisbury isn't known for its nightclubs for a reason.
There is a wide variety of clubs, however not all of them are well advertised.
