The Role
I have had many oppertunities throughout the year and the experiences i have had have been broad and very enjoyable.
Everyone has been very friendly and willing to offer their help if you ask.
I was assigned a buddy that would help me with any questions i had regarding the my work or proceedures. As well as this everyone i encountered in the work place was nice enough to give there help if needed.
Some days i was very busy others i wasnt so busy, it all depends on the projects you work on.
Also dependant on the projects i was working on
My experience at Dstl over year will undoubtebly be hugely beneficial in the future when i wish to return to the defence industry.
The Company
The office is open plan which makes it easy to communictew with your peers but ut is not too loud to distract you from your work.
Dstl take on many students and graduates every year, the process is very smooth.
i had LOADS of oppertunities to experience many different things whilst on my placement and my line management was very supportive of these oppertunities.
