  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Good variation of work and social

    • Although only a two week placement people went out of their way to make me feel part of the team/explain the deals

    • Even when busy everyone seemed approachable and helpful

    • Varied departmentally but there was always something to do.

    • Considering I was a non-law second year univesity student I was given real work to review/ research.

    • Showed the importance of commercial issues in deals, not just purely leagl considerations.

    • It was a good place to work with a friendly team based atmosphere

    • Different events/training everyday with an effort to show all parts of the firm

    • For a short placement every effort was made to take time to show the quickest most efficient working methods in each department

    • Given the recession, prospects seem slightly better than those of peers at other firms
